Soft and great scent

Spray bottles are inconsistent, packaging is overdone, no reply from customer service

Ordered two bottles. One generates a spray, the other is a jet stream that prevents the fragrance from really permeating the room. Website also said that order qualified for free shipping. I was charged shipping fees and have had no response to queries about the shipping. Between that and the excess packaging, will never order from this company again. It's a shame because this scent is my favorite.
