Our policy lasts 7 calendar days. If 7 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please choose carefully what you buy. You will not be refunded if you simply change your mind or made the wrong purchasing decision. For valid returns, you could choose between a gift voucher, do a product exchange or get a refund only where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown to vou or does not technically perform as intended as supported by duly qualified independent experts. Valid returns must happen within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase, which without, no exchange or refund will be possible.

Please note that there will be NO cash refunds made. If purchased and paid for by cash the product may be exchanged for another product, if paid for by Credit or Debit Cards the Credit or Debit Card will be credited.
Prior to returning a product for a refund or exchange, contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will email you instructions for processing your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow two weeks for the refund to be credited to your account.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- If you haven’t received a refund that has been approved within two weeks, first check your bank or credit card account.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time after we approve the refund before it is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you an email with instructions for processing your exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Follow the procedure above for returns or exchanges. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the purchaser. In this case, please include both your email address and the gift giver’s email address in your request for a gift refund.
RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Rain Africa Returns, 139 Parkway Road, Bronxville New York 10708, United States. Be sure to email us prior to shipping the product. This will ensure that your return or exchange is processed most efficiently.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
