We hope you are happy with your purchase. However if you are not satisfied , you may return it for a refund or to be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, you can only return a product if it is defective.
Any product you return within this 30 day period, for a refund or exchange, must be unopened, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products;
* package your products safely and securely for protection during transit;
* clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel; and
* include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.
* Include the invoice.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be notified by email that your return product has been received and if a refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow time for the credit to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.
Late or missing refunds
If your refund has not been received after allowing reasonable time for it to be posted, please firstly, contact your credit card company and thereafter your bank, if necessary. Thereafter, if you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale or discounted items will be refunded at the sale or discounted rate as was pay-for by the client.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery, please notify us within 7 days by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an exchange. Please include pictures and the invoice in your email.

• You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs for returns, other than damaged or defective items, are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund and any shipping costs are due to be paid, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
• The time to receive your exchange product may vary depending on where you live.
• If you are shipping an item over R500, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
